Responsibilities
Drive commercial growth across assigned leisure travel agency and regional TMC accounts.
Develop and execute account strategies that deliver measurable results and partner satisfaction.
Lead contract renewals, pricing discussions and ongoing performance reviews.
Provide actionable market and customer insights to support product and sales strategy.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored, high-impact solutions.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or account management within the travel industry, ideally in travel technology, GDS or TMC / agency settings.
Proven ability to grow revenue, build strategic relationships and deliver customer value.
Strong knowledge of leisure and TMC agency business models and distribution landscape.
Excellent communication, negotiation and planning skills.
Fluency in English, Mandarin and Bahasa to support regional customer engagement.
