Quality Control / R&D Assistant

Overview

The QC Assistant is responsible for supporting the Quality Control team in ensuring that wet wipes produced meet company and regulatory quality standards. The role involves conducting inspections, recording data, assisting in quality testing, and ensuring compliance throughout the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform regular in-process checks on production lines to ensure compliance with specifications (e.g. weight, size, moisture, packaging).
• Assist in incoming raw material and packaging inspection.
• Conduct basic lab testing for finished goods (e.g. pH, alcohol content, microbial tests – where applicable).
• Record, file, and maintain inspection results and QC reports accurately and timely.
• Identify and report any non-conformances or defects to the QC Supervisor.
• Assist in monitoring hygiene and cleanliness of production areas.
• Support in internal audits and GMP / ISO documentation upkeep.
• Ensure proper labeling and quarantine of non-conforming products or materials.
• Assist in sample preparation for external testing or customer requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and calibration of QC instruments and tools.
• Follow SOPs, safety, and company quality standards at all times.
