Job descriptionPositive working attitude. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team. Strong problem-solving abilities. High sense of responsibility. Required languages : English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (spoken and written). Preferably 1-2 years of experience in freight forwarding. Monthly fixed allowance of up to RM1,000. Basic salary plus sales commission. Annual medical and vision check-ups. Yearly company trip, salary increment, and bonus.

- Prepare sales reports and compile sales data within the system.
- Source vendors and negotiate pricing.
- Address and resolve customer issues effectively.
