ACMV Technician-3
Location : JLL Seksyen 10, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
What this job involves
Greasing the wheels of day‑to‑day operations. You will be involved in the overall upkeep of plant and facilities equipment to ensure smooth daily operations. To do this, you’ll need to regularly inspect all equipment rooms and other facilities, and take note of any problems using the predefined checklists. Also part of your responsibilities is to walk the duty technicians through weekend work plans, and give out technical recommendations, as needed.
Other accountabilities
- Assist the ACMV Engineer on the daily maintenance work.
- Monitor and operate chillers system to ensure optimum performance.
- To ensure contractor carry out servicing of ACMV system accordingly.
- Carry out system reading on all ACMV system and monitor performance of system.
- Maintain AHU, fan coil and carry out all trouble shooting.
- Attend to tenants complaints on air-con performance.
- To monitor the BMS for all ACMV system. To inspect facilities equipment every day and prepare the checklist, report to Building Manager for any abnormal situation.
- To attend and follow-up on complaints that made by the building occupants in the building related to air-conditioning and M & E related matter in the building.
- To check and operate building ACMV) and assist contractor to services on monthly basis.
- To check and operate building Automation System (BAS) and to coordinate with contractor to test building Automation System services on monthly basis.
- To attend and follow up to all complaints made by the tenants related to air-cond and M & E Services on repair and Maintenance issues to meet tenants expectations. To addressed and rectified timely within 24 hours or else report to immediate superior (Assistant Facilities Manager).
- To assist Facilities Team in carry out general facilities services as and when required.
- To assist in the Building’s yearly fire drill and with ERT Team.
- Assist in renovation work carried out by tenants.
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
- Know each Contractor’s deliverables and supervise those. Provide feedback and support for the monthly Contractor meetings and reviews.

Certified and experiencedCandidates with at least three years of M&E works for high rise buildings.
Certificate / Diploma in Engineering or equivalent field.Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both verbal and written.Able to work independently and with minimum supervision.Willing to work on shifts / public holidays / weekends.Good‑natured and customer‑orientedCan you clearly report issues and problems and provide clear instruction to repair bugs and malfunctions? To serve clients the best way possible, good communication skills—both written and spoken—will also be indispensable for this role. Can you speak or write in English and Chinese? That’ll be a big plus.
