Overview
- Assist to prepare and compile documents.
- Prepare documentation for signing.
- Filing legal documents and handling general communication with the internal departments.
- Maintain calendars, charts and status reports.
- Enter data and update requirements, court dates and meetings.
- Prepare payment approval for legal invoices.
- Schedule meetings and appointments.
- Make calls to relevant persons.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation.
- Manage end-to-end conveyancing files, including SPA and loan documentation.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments.
- Update daily work status and registers accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor file progress and ensure timely updates.
- Maintain organized records and filing systems.
- All other duties as assigned by the Employer.
Requirements
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in conveyancing work.Well-versed in sub-sale and developer project transactions. Familiarity with loan documentation across various banks.Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (oral and written).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to liaise with the internal departments.Computer literacy. Word and Excel.Hardworking and a committed team player.Good work discipline.Meticulous, reliable, and able to work independently.Well Organised and able to multitask.Experience in legal firms an added advantage.Unlock job insights
