What You’ll Do

Own and lead the end-to-end execution of on-ground activations, sponsorships, and brand events — from strategic planning to post-event evaluation.

Develop standout brand experiences that break through the clutter and spark engagement.

Manage budgeting, costing, resourcing, and vendor negotiations with precision.

Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, enterprise, digital, PR, and customer teams to ensure fully integrated rollouts.

Identify, evaluate, and manage partnership opportunities that enhance brand relevance and reach.

Be hands-on and on-ground — ensuring every activation reflects our brand values with excellence.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end execution of on-ground activations, sponsorships, and brand events — from strategic planning to post-event evaluation.

Develop and deliver differentiated brand experiences that connect with audiences.

Budgeting, costing, resourcing, and vendor negotiations with precision.

Cross-functional collaboration to ensure integrated rollouts.

Evaluate and manage partnership opportunities.

About You

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or related field.

5–7 years of experience in events, activations, or partnerships — ideally in fast-moving or challenger-brand environments.

Experience building bold, high-impact experiences with strong planning (budgets, timelines, manpower, approvals).

Detail-oriented and operationally sharp, with ability to think strategically.

Resourceful, independent, and excels at making things happen.

Collaborative mindset — able to rally teams, agencies, and stakeholders around a shared vision.

Passion or curiosity for content, pop culture, or storytelling is a plus.
