About the Role

Our client is an FMCG company with a strong presence in the consumer goods sector. They are seeking a versatile Marketing Manager to drive end-to-end marketing initiatives across product design, brand management, and digital channels.

This is a hands-on role where you will lead key marketing functions, including brand positioning, packaging design, product launches, and digital campaigns. You will also mentor and manage a team member, ensuring cohesive execution of brand strategies that strengthen market presence and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for product portfolios and new launches
• Lead brand-building initiatives, including product design, packaging development, and campaign creation
• Oversee end-to-end new product launch processes, from concept to market rollout.
• Manage digital marketing activities, including content, campaigns, and analytics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, supply chain, design) to ensure seamless execution
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify consumer trends and growth opportunities
• Monitor brand performance metrics and provide actionable insights to drive improvements
