Job descriptionDegree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent 2–4 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Xero, UBS) and Microsoft Excel Knowledge of Malaysian statutory and tax requirements Familiarity with Service Tax (SST) and Withholding Tax (WHT) is an added advantage Strong organizational and communication skills Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage Collaborative and growth‑oriented team culture Exposure to a wide range of accounting scopes Opportunities to deepen your skills in either internal finance or client services Entry level Full-time Sales and Business Development

About the Role :
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our finance team. You will be assigned to support internal finance operations. The role offers hands‑on exposure to full‑set accounting, tax compliance, financial reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities :
- Review and finalize billing documents (invoices, credit / debit notes)
- Maintain accounts receivable ledgers and prepare aging reports
- Perform bank reconciliations and record cash receipts
- Support month‑end and year‑end closing, financial reporting, and tax filings
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and internal stakeholders
