Accounts Receivable Executive – Bank Reconciliation

Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of bank accounts with internal financial records. This includes identifying and resolving variances, maintaining comprehensive documentation, and supporting financial integrity through regular analysis and reporting. Ensure compliance with internal controls and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES :

• Perform daily, weekly, and month-end bank reconciliations for multiple entities and currencies.
• Investigate and resolve unreconciled items, aged open items.
• Ensure timely and accurate clearing of matched transactions to maintain clean and updated sub-ledgers.
• Monitor and highlight on returned payments, duplicate entries, or unmatched items.
• Escalate unresolved issues to relevant departments and track through to closure.
• Ensure proper documentation and audit trail for reconciling items and adjustments.
