The Accountant is responsible for managing daily accounting tasks and financial activities within the organization. This role demands accuracy, excellent organizational skills, and a strong understanding of accounting principles. Responsibilities : Perform full sets accounting. Responsible for invoicing and payment processing. Integrate AI and GPT technology into daily operations to optimize performance and decision-making. Ensure all accounting records are properly updated and reconciled in system. Assist to resolve issue internally and externally in regards of accounting issues to ensure the operation runs smoothly. Assist in liaison with external parties on audit, tax agent, banker and etc. To monitor creditor's aging by ensuring the payments are up to date & accurate. Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned. Requirement : Possess at least Bachelor Degree in Accounting or any related fields. Professional certificate such as CA / CPA / ACCA is highly desirable. 3 to 5 years of accounting experience including month-end closing and full set of accounts will have an advantage Good command in spoken and written in English.
