Customer Service and Procurement Supervisor

The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented and analytical Customer Service and Procurement Supervisor to join our team in Petaling Jaya. In this role, you will lead a small team and be responsible for managing procurement activities and customer service operations, ensuring smooth order management and seamless communication between stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership and Coordination : Supervise a team of 2–3 procurement and customer service executives, drive team performance, smooth collaboration and efficiency.
- Order Management : Oversee purchase orders (PO) with suppliers and sales orders (SO) with internal customers, maintaining accurate records in the ERP system.
- Supplier Engagement and Cost Analysis : Collect monthly quotations, perform cost analysis, and report findings to management. Negotiate pricing and delivery terms to optimize value.
- Procurement and Delivery Oversight : Monitor purchasing and delivery activities, proactively resolving issues and ensuring timely fulfillment.
- Customer and Supplier Communication : Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to clarify requirements, address daily and ad hoc issues, and support project execution.
- Reporting and System Maintenance : Maintain transparent PO / SO data in the ERP system and provide regular performance reports to management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Information Technology, Business, or related field.Minimum 8 years of solid experience in procurement and customer service.Experience in the glove industry is a plus.Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English (spoken and written).Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing.Strong knowledge and experience using SAP is essential.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Highly organized and capable of working independently.Does this sound like you?
