Handle inbound calls, emails, and live chats from Thai-speaking customers regarding our products and services.
Resolve customer issues including product inquiries, complaints, and warranty claims with empathy and efficiency.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems.
Collaborate with internal teams to elevate and resolve complex issues.
Meet performance targets including customer satisfaction (CSAT), first call resolution (FCR), and average handling time (AHT).
Provide feedback and insights to improve customer experience and service processes.
Requirements :
Fluency in Thai (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Minimum degree qualification for Employment Pass (EP) Spouse Visa is welcomed to apply~
Customer service experience in a contact center or retail environment is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Able to work in shifts , including weekends and public holidays.
