- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are effectively met.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records across various platforms.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Strong interpersonal skills and a customer‑oriented attitude.Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work efficiently.Proficient in Mandarin and English (both spoken and written).Prior experience in Customer Service within the fintech or financial services industry will be an added advantage.Seniority Level
