Job descriptionStrong hands-on experience in Selenium WebDriver, Java, and Cucumber BDD framework . Solid experience in API testing and automation (REST / SOAP). Proven expertise in automation framework design and development . Strong coding and debugging skills in Java (must). Experience with build tools like Maven / Gradle and version control systems like Git . Familiarity with CI / CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar). Good understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium, Java, and Cucumber .
- Develop and execute API test automation scripts and validate integrations across systems.
- Build and enhance core automation utilities to increase test coverage and efficiency.
- Collaborate with developers, QA, and business analysts to understand requirements and create effective test strategies.
- Participate in code reviews, provide best practices for test automation, and ensure high-quality coding standards.
- Integrate automation tests with CI / CD pipelines and ensure continuous testing.
- Debug, analyze, and resolve automation issues in complex systems.
- Document automation solutions and provide knowledge transfer within the team.
