Procurement Operations

• Identify opportunities, execution and implementation of the overall Procurement ERP and Digital Enhancement with aim to improve efficiency and effectiveness of Procurement Operations
• Develop Software Applications System (“apps”) using Microsoft Office 365 and other development platform / tools or liaise with third-party suppliers / vendors for digitization of manual business and operations processes where possible.
• Perform user acceptance testing for ERP & digital enhancements and further enhance the systems according to the feedback received.
• Perform troubleshooting for developed applications, fixes bugs and errors, to minimize disruption to applications dependent business activities and user productivity.
• Create and maintenance of Item Master to ensure structured and streamlined item master as well as creation of item master in a timely manner
• Perform data extraction, report creation, and analyze system for ERP solutions.
• First line of support on Procurement data related issues
• Interact with technical support team on issues requiring technical assistance requests for ERP systems.
• Assist team member for any matter related to Procurement as and when required
