Overview

Leadman Precision Engineering Sdn. Bhd. is one of Malaysia's leading ISO9001 certified engineering firms providing one-stop high precision engineering solutions. Located in Bayan Lepas, Penang, our 35,000 square feet of manufacturing plant is fully air-conditioned and temperature controlled. Our core business includes the manufacturing of precision machining parts (steel / carbide & etc), jigs & fixtures, die sets & die parts, metal & stainless steel fabrication and automation systems.

We are seeking highly disciplined, self-motivated talent with the right aptitude and attitude to join and grow with our company.

Responsibilities

Maintaining the quality assurance records and execution of periodic inspection on the job.
Work with internal & external parties to resolve quality issues as quickly as possible.
Ensure control plans and associated documentation are implemented effectively.
Perform accurate mechanical, physical & visual inspection of parts.
Accurately document the results of the inspection & testing on the computer in various programs.
Ensure that all parts & components have been tested & measured within specifications / tolerances.

Qualifications

Diploma in mechanical engineering studies

Strong mathematical skills

Minimum 1 year QC experience in manufacturing
