Procurement Executive (Local)

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support to the Department Head on all related matters.
• Coordinate effectively within the Malaysia Procurement Team, covering logistics, IT, operations, and Retail Management functions.
• Liaise with the China Procurement Team on relevant matters, including product knowledge and procurement activities.
• Collaborate with country partners for seamless cross-border coordination.
• Support the Purchasing Department and all purchasers on matters such as audit SOPs, logistics arrangements, and travel coordination.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Work closely with purchasers, warehouse, logistics, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth coordination and support.
• Ensure all documentation workflows and filing systems are up-to-date, accurate, and properly maintained.
• Perform other related duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the management.
