Work you will do

• Serve as an advisor to other SAP SuccessFactors post-production support clients utilizing your expertise and knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors application.
• Lead the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Talent and Recruiting modules to align with client business needs.
• Configure and customize SuccessFactors functionalities to optimize talent acquisition and management processes.
• Work closely with clients to analyze business requirements and translate them into solutions.
• Conduct requirement‑gathering workshops and provide expert guidance on SAP Best Practices specific to Talent and Recruiting.
• Stay updated on SAP SuccessFactors newest releases and updates relevant to Talent and Recruiting and recommend these new opt‑in / opt‑out features to clients as needed.
