Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (preferred).

Proven experience working in construction project coordination or a similar role.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.

Knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and terminology.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Understanding of construction safety practices and regulations.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or in a similar role within the construction industry.

Strong analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail.

Proficiency in cost estimating and quantity take off techniques.

Knowledge of construction contracts, procurement methods, and relevant regulations.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and under pressure.

Job Requirements

Degree or certification in Architecture or a related field preferred

Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).

Strong technical drawing skills and attention to detail.

Ability to interpret complex technical sketches and diagrams.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Knowledge of industry standards and regulations

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field

Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software such as AutoCAD, Revit MEP, or similar programs for drafting and designing MEP systems

Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards related to MEP systems

Ability to identify and solve complex technical problems that arise during the design, construction, or operation of MEP systems

Teamwork and collaboration to adapt to changing project requirements or priorities

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Previous experience in construction project management or engineering role.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.

Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.

Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

Commitment to safety, quality, and professionalism.
