Ability to write SQL, JAVA, Python and R would be a plus. Good project management skills with effective results focus on business Diploma / Degree in any fields Good business knowledge, understanding of a variety of business practices and familiarity with the banking industry, especially merchant acquiring Basic understanding of the evolving digital world on both the demand side (how people / organisations are using technology) and the supply side (emerging technologies). Familiar with a variety of innovative project concepts, practices and procedures. Fresh graduate are encourage Associate Full-time Business Development and Strategy / Planning Banking
Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential merchants through market research, referrals, cold calling, and networking.
- Conduct compelling sales presentations to showcase the benefits of our payment acquiring solution.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers at potential and existing merchants.
- Address client inquiries and objections effectively.
- Prepare proposals outlining the features, benefits, and pricing for merchants.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with merchants to ensure mutual benefit for both the merchant and the Bank.
- Maintain and follow up on any potential pipeline from various sources.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
