We are looking for a talented and passionate Commis Chef to join our dynamic team at MST GOLF ARENA SDN. BHD in Gurney Paragon Mall. As a Commis Chef, you will play a crucial role in supporting the culinary operations and contributing to the creation of exceptional dining experiences for our guests. This is a full‑time position that offers the opportunity to develop your skills in a vibrant and fast‑paced hospitality environment.
What you’ll be doing
- Assisting the other senior chefs in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of a variety of dishes
- Ensuring the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety are maintained at all times
- Participating in menu development and contributing ideas to enhance the culinary offerings
- Maintaining a clean and organized workstation, adhering to all kitchen procedures and protocols
- Working collaboratively with the entire kitchen team to deliver an exceptional dining experience for our guests
- Continuously developing your culinary skills and knowledge to stay up‑to‑date with industry trends
