Job description

Roles & Responsibilities :

• To maintain accuracy all the transaction in SQL system
• Bank reconciliation
• Arrange all the payment to the bank include the T / T to the supplier and internal transfer
• Monitor the process of AP – decide & discuss with top management if there is an issue to be highlighted before payment.
• Monitoring the stock that consists of FG, WIP and raw material to do the closing.
• Checking the accuracy of fixed asset
• Pass the JV and upload the salary to the bank
• Compile all the documentation to the principal (Suzhou)
• Support the principal in various way
• Submit the SST based on the dateline – liaise with purchasing department to take the report of C1
