Account Executive

Penerangan pekerjaanDiploma / Degree in Accounting or Finance, or related field. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in an account or finance role. Knowledge of administrative and manufacturing procedures. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SQL – MRP (Material Resource Planning) system is an added advantage. Experience in costing is an added advantage.
Job description
Roles & Responsibilities :
- To maintain accuracy all the transaction in SQL system
- Bank reconciliation
- Arrange all the payment to the bank include the T / T to the supplier and internal transfer
- Monitor the process of AP – decide & discuss with top management if there is an issue to be highlighted before payment.
- Monitoring the stock that consists of FG, WIP and raw material to do the closing.
- Checking the accuracy of fixed asset
- Pass the JV and upload the salary to the bank
- Compile all the documentation to the principal (Suzhou)
- Support the principal in various way
- Submit the SST based on the dateline – liaise with purchasing department to take the report of C1
