Job description

Human Resources Executive | Talent Acquisition

Key Responsibilities :

Provide professional and empathetic support to customers via email and live chat.

Diagnose technical issues and Escalate complex cases to relevant teams with proper documentation.

Maintain accurate and organized records of all customer interactions using CRM tools.

Assist customers with account management, platform navigation, and troubleshooting.

Work collaboratively with team members to achieve performance goals and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills :

Minimum 1–2 years of customer support experience, preferably in the fintech or crypto industry.

Hands‑on knowledge of cryptocurrencies, blockchain, or trading platforms is an added advantage.

Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail.

Ability to remain calm and efficient in high‑pressure situations.

Fast learner with a technical mindset and adaptability to new tools and platforms.

Strong problem‑solving skills and a customer‑first approach.

Other Requirements :

Stable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote work.

Willingness to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
