About the Role
Are you passionate about helping others and delivering great service? We’re looking for Mandarin-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team at Teleperformance Malaysia !
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers — handling inquiries, solving problems, and ensuring every customer interaction is a positive experience.
What You’ll Do
- Handle customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone calls
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions
- Document customer interactions and update records
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams
- Collaborate with your team to meet service goals and KPIs
What You’ll Bring
