Senior Service Crew

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service.
• Handle cash, card, and e-wallet transactions accurately, including issuing receipts, refunds, or exchanges.
• Collect payments at the counter or directly from customers when needed.
• Provide support in handling register funds, including float preparation and end-of-shift reconciliation.
• Support daily outlet operations such as ushering, delivering orders, and assisting customers promptly.
• Help with maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth service flow.
• Work with team members across outlets to ensure consistent service quality.
• Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and uphold service standards.
