SEO Growth Specialist

Overview

We are seeking a results-driven SEO Growth Specialist to lead the growth of our clients’ SEO accounts. This role is not just about rankings, it’s about driving measurable business outcomes through SEO, including lead generation, traffic growth, and revenue impact. You will own the growth strategy for SEO clients, focusing on scaling performance and unlocking new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Own the growth outcomes of the SEO accounts, focusing on lead generation, traffic, and revenue impact.
• Build and execute SEO growth strategies that align with client business objectives and deliver measurable ROI.
• Identify high-impact growth opportunities through keyword targeting, content marketing, competitor analysis, and funnel optimization.
• Work with content and creative teams to develop SEO-driven campaigns designed to capture demand and accelerate pipeline growth.
• Develop frameworks for testing (A / B and multivariate) on landing pages and content to improve conversion rates.
• Drive account expansion opportunities by identifying cross-sell and upsell areas within SEO.
• Provide data-driven insights and storytelling through regular performance reviews, highlighting how SEO contributes to business growth.
• Collaborate closely with paid media, performance marketing, and analytics teams to create integrated growth strategies.
• Ensure SEO efforts are revenue-focused by tying reporting and recommendations back to client KPIs (leads, CAC, LTV, revenue).
• Stay at the forefront of SEO and growth marketing trends, applying innovative tactics to outperform competitors.
• Act as a thought leader internally, mentoring junior marketers on growth-driven SEO approaches.
