Job descriptionBachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related fields). Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office and engineering tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc. is a plus). Job Summary :
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Process Engineer to join our growing team in Bayan Lepas. You will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and improving manufacturing processes to ensure high-quality production efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, develop, and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce production costs.
- Troubleshoot process-related issues and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and maintenance.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure all processes comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct time studies and capacity analysis as needed.
- Support new product introductions and process validation.
