As an Art Director, you'll partner across a wide range of departments, ideating and executing visually compelling campaigns that connect with our diverse audience. You're a creative problem solver, a brand visionary, and a master of end‑to‑end execution, ensuring our visual identity shines across multiple touchpoints.

Role :
Partner closely with creatives to ideate and develop campaign concepts that bring marketing strategies to life.Translate ideas into impactful visuals and key visuals (KVs), mastheads, animations, supers, and other assets that elevate brand storytelling.Ensure brand consistency by maintaining alignment with visual identity (VI) guidelines while continuing to push creative boundaries.Execute end‑to‑end creative work independently, adapting visuals across multiple touchpoints including digital, OOH, in‑app, swag, and vehicle wraps.Collaborate directly with internal teams to understand objectives and gather feedback; work with vendors occasionally to execute campaign deliverables.Manage your own timelines and deliverables, ensuring high-quality output and alignment with marketing goals.Anticipate and solve design challenges proactively to ensure smooth project delivery.Thrive in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment, bringing both creativity and accountability to every project.You :
BA / BS degree or equivalent experienceAt least 8+ years of experience in developing and executing impactful visual campaigns, ideally within a hyper‑growth environment.A sharp‑eyed, detail‑oriented portfolio showcasing your ability to create compelling visuals and integrate them with clear, engaging visuals.A keen understanding of brand visual identity and the ability to maintain consistency while pushing creative boundaries, acting as a true brand ambassador.Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts clearly and persuasively.A collaborative spirit, with the ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams and external agencies.Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage timelines and deliverables independently.Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment, bringing fresh and innovative ideas.Experience in both digital and offline creative execution across multiple touchpoints.Your commitment will be to delivering work of the highest quality while working with team members to constantly develop new ideas and ensure consistency by building frameworks and guidelines.Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills to cover projects across APAC.Contract Type : 12 months - Fixed Term Contract
