Job descriptionParticipate in the trial production, testing, and review of new formulation and materials. Follow up on the trial results for the new material. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve manufacturing processes, reduce defect rates, lower customer complaints, troubleshoot production issues, and implement effective solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve production equipment issues and implement improvements to enhance Assist in the verification and validation of new equipment and processes. Responsible for preparing and implementing process-related documents. Provide technical guidance and training to the related department. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, with a preference for majors in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Materials Science / Engineering, or other relevant fields. Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Process Engineer in the manufacturing industry, preferably in Extrusion, Injection Molding Processes, Automation Equipment, Commissioning of new equipment, etc. Strong understanding of process engineering principles, including process design, optimisation, and control Proficient in data analysis, problem-solving, and root cause analysis techniques Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred, as the role requires communication with Mandarin-speaking colleagues. We are seeking passionate and dedicated Process Engineers to join the team at Vital Healthcare This recruitment covers two key areas : polymer manufacturing processes and mechanical engineering production processes. As a Process Engineer, you will play a vital role in enhancing our polymer or mechanical operations, driving process optimisation, improving product quality, and supporting operational excellence.
What you'll be doing
- Develop, implement, and monitor manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality
- Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies, implement process improvements, and monitor key
performance indicators(KPls)
