Job descriptionManage digital channels : website, email marketing, and paid ads. Develop and schedule engaging content for social media platforms. Track campaign KPIs and adjust strategies to boost engagement and bookings. Design seasonal promotions, family stay packages, and school holiday deals. Coordinate festive and event-based marketing campaigns. Support in-house F&B and event marketing initiatives. Collaborate with local and international travel partners, especially tour agencies in China . Build strong relationships with influencers, media, bloggers, and community partners. Organize and support family-friendly events and eco-tourism programs. Manage the marketing budget effectively. Measure and report on marketing ROI, campaign performance, and customer acquisition trends. Work with Sales, Guest Services, Events, and F&B teams to ensure consistent and aligned messaging. Oversee external creatives such as photographers, designers, and content creators as needed. Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or relevant field. 35 years of experience in marketing, preferably in hospitality, resorts, or tourism. Strong command of Mandarin (read and write) due to international collaboration needs. Excellent communication and marketing skills. Creative, driven, and enthusiastic about travel, family leisure, and eco-tourism. We are representing a well-known client in the hospitality industry, looking for Senior / Income Audit Executive to be based in Sungai Long, Kajang.
Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and creative Marketing Manager to lead all marketing initiatives across the resort's core areas accommodation, F&B, banqueting, and events . This position requires a hands-on marketer who is strategic, digitally savvy, and experienced in hospitality or tourism marketing.
As part of our expansion efforts, you will also work closely with tour agencies in the China region . Therefore, the ability to read and write in Mandarin is essential.

- Plan and execute marketing strategies to position the resort as a leading family and eco-tourism destination.
- Strengthen brand identity with a focus on family-friendly experiences and nature-based travel.
- Conduct market research to understand customer behavior, tourism trends, and competitor offerings.
