DEALER MANAGEMENT
- Oversee Dealer Management unit by building and managing strong relationships with car distributors / dealers for a bigger market share.
- Actively lead and drive primary sales by increasing the number of Floor Stocking dealers based on the given target.
- Assess and approve Floor Stocking applications or recommend credit proposals to Credit Management for decision-making.
- Promote and encourage dealers to actively utilize the facility based on the given target, leading to a higher hire purchase market share through Floor Stocking contra redemption.
- Approve, review, and track Funding Before Registration (FBR) or Funding Before Transfer (FBT) arrangements for car dealers.
- Ensure dealer empanelment and reviews are within the stipulated Bank’s guidelines.
- Ensure no lapses within the unit and that all dealer activities align with the Bank's AMLA policies and guidelines.
- Conduct refresher training for the Auto Finance Centre (AFC) regarding Floor Stocking, FBR / FBT, and other related issues.
