Electrical Cost Estimation and Tender

Job descriptionBasic design and review of Electrical systems in compliance with regulatory standards. Ensure that all design activities align with established regulatory standards, codes, and specifications. Prepare and submit quotations for project proposals and tender submissions. Conduct cost analysis and project feasibility analysis to assess alignment with company capabilities. Provide technical support by gathering project-specific requirements and clarifying technical aspects Support in structuring and delivering technical presentations to clients. Advise on procurement strategy and contribute to the preparation of tender and contract documents. Assist in sourcing reliable suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors. Attend regular meetings with Department Managers to foster effective communication and collaboration. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution. Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with our existing customers. Assist in exploring and develop business opportunities in non-Japanese customer sectors for Temacon. Effectively manage proposals and contracts to ensure clarity and adherence to organizational standards. Verify the accuracy of sales contents, quotations, and PO amounts Coordinate with the department for accurate invoicing and payment collection. Verify sales contents, quotations, and PO amounts.
Requirements :
- Minimum Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years experience in handling tender documents, technical specifications, estimates budget costs, tendering submissions.
- Able to verify the accuracy of sales contents, quotations, and PO amounts.
- Able to study and planning of electrical master layout plan
Job Type : Full-time
Pay : RM5, RM7,800.00 per month
Work Location : In person
