Estimation Engineer

Job descriptionBasic design and review of Electrical systems in compliance with regulatory standards. Ensure that all design activities align with established regulatory standards, codes, and specifications. Prepare and submit quotations for project proposals and tender submissions. Conduct cost analysis and project feasibility analysis to assess alignment with company capabilities. Provide technical support by gathering project-specific requirements and clarifying technical aspects Support in structuring and delivering technical presentations to clients. Advise on procurement strategy and contribute to the preparation of tender and contract documents. Assist in sourcing reliable suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors. Effectively manage proposals and contracts to ensure clarity and adherence to organizational standards. Verify the accuracy of sales contents, quotations, and PO amounts Assist in coordinating site activities, tender briefings, site surveys, and site investigations. Collaborate on record-keeping and document management to maintain organized project files. Assist in CIDB project reporting and track project performance. Coordinate with the department for accurate invoicing and payment collection. Verify sales contents, quotations, and PO amounts.
Requirements :
- Possess Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, M&E Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 - 4 years of experience in electrical tender experience.
- Preferable candidate from M&E background.
- Good in communication and able to meet deadline.
- Electrical engineering : 3 years (Preferred)
- Construction estimating : 3 years (Preferred)

Pay : RM6, RM8,000.00 per month
