Maintain and regularly update the project documentation hub. Provide support for scheduling, calendar coordination, and logistics for cross-functional meetings and workshops. Coordinate the preparation and distribution of internal and external communication materials such as memos, updates, and supporting documents. Ensure accurate and organized record-keeping for audit and compliance purposes, particularly concerning project decisions and timelines. Consolidate inputs from various stakeholders to support the development of weekly project reports and presentation decks for internal review. Assist the Project Manager in monitoring work stream progress, highlighting any outstanding deliverables or potential delays. Job Requirements :
Degree / Diploma in Business Management or equivalent 2–4 years of experience in a
project coordination
or
administrative support
role. Preferably applicant from
FMCG
industry Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel. Attention to detail, agile, and accuracy in documentation. Others Information :
