Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Minimum Bachelor Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Certificate in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience preferably in retail, shopping mall, FMCG, creative agency industry.
- Strong knowledge of marketing strategies and the ability to identify business opportunities, new markets, and innovative campaign ideas.
- Ability to take initiative, work independently, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative, resourceful, and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
