We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented QC Inspector – CMM to join our quality control team. In this role, you'll be responsible for operating and programming CMM machines to ensure all components meet customer specifications and strict quality standards. Key Responsibilities

• Operate and program Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to perform accurate dimensional inspections of parts and components.
• Interpret engineering drawings, 3D models, and GD&T symbols to ensure components meet design specifications.
• Perform first article inspections (FAI), in-process checks, and final inspections using CMM and manual measuring tools.
• Verify critical dimensions, tolerances, and surface finishes according to customer and internal requirements.
• Prepare inspection reports and maintain accurate quality records.
• Identify non-conformances and work closely with production, engineering, and QA teams to implement corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inspection processes and product quality.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards, safety guidelines, and company quality policies.

Qualifications & Requirements

Technical Skills :

Hands-on experience in operating and programming CMM machines (e.g., Mitutoyo, Zeiss, Hexagon, etc.).
