We provide advisory, digital advisory, research and water governance services as well as MIKE technologies and products. We are looking for up to 3 new team members for DHI Legal & Compliance. Join our dynamic global team at DHI as an in-house Legal Counsel for the APAC Region, based locally at our Excellence Centre in Kuala Lumpur. You will join a dedicated team of 10 other lawyers that work in Kuala Lumpur and Denmark on a wide variety of legal aspects close to the business.

Responsibilities and challenges

• Providing advice on all legal aspects relevant to the organization, including Corporate and Commercial matters, Intellectual Property Rights, Data Protection, M&A, Procurement, Risk Management, Compliance and Transparency issues.
• Focusing on the legal and commercial aspects of selling software and of selling consultancy / advisory services.
• Reviewing, drafting and negotiating contract terms with partners and customers.
