Job descriptionEngage with potential clients via walk-ins, phone calls, and online inquiries. Understand client goals and propose the right social media packages and solutions. Handle the entire customer journey : from pitching to closing, onboarding, and after-sales support. Keep clear and accurate sales records and client documentation. Experience in sales, customer service, or account management. Good communication and active listening skills. Able to communicate in Mandarin (to serve Mandarin-speaking clients). Willing to travel or attend outstation appointments.
