Responsibilities :

Engage with potential clients via walk-ins, phone calls, and online inquiries.

Understand client goals and propose the right social media packages and solutions.

Handle the entire customer journey : from pitching to closing, onboarding, and after-sales support.

Keep clear and accurate sales records and client documentation.

Requirement :

Experience in sales, customer service, or account management.

Good communication and active listening skills.

Able to communicate in Mandarin (to serve Mandarin-speaking clients).

Willing to travel or attend outstation appointments.
