Job descriptionPerform valuations of target companies using appropriate methodologies and prepare detailed financial models and projections, including feasibility studies. Develop M&A structuring models, financial restructuring plans, and comprehensive financial analyses covering : Pre- and post-transaction business models Cash flows, Profit & Loss statements, and Balance Sheets Evaluation of financial impact on group results to support valuation and due diligence Design and propose schemes for corporate exercises, negotiate optimal terms and structures in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, identify potential issues, and provide solutions or recommendations. Prepare thorough reports and materials for EXCO or Board presentations. Draft, review, and finalize all relevant documents, including board papers, presentations, legal documents, shareholder announcements, and circulars, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and compliance with regulations. Ensure all corporate finance activities comply with updated requirements from Bursa Malaysia, the Securities Commission, and other statutory authorities. Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and external advisors, including investment bankers, lawyers, company secretaries, auditors, and tax consultants. Oversee corporate exercise activities to ensure completion in accordance with agreed terms and structures. Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or an equivalent professional qualification. 8–10 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 5 years in corporate finance within a publicly listed company (PLC) or a Big Four audit firm. Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical capabilities Expertise in structuring corporate finance transactions and preparing investment proposals
