The Opportunity

Your Role

As a Manager / Senior Manager for Transformation Architecture, you will help clients solve enterprise-wide strategic, organisational and operational issues by formulating strategic initiatives, redesigning organisations, transforming operations and processes, and improving business performance. You will lead client engagements, facilitate discussions, interview clients, identify key issues, outline project approaches and draft proposals.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Growth Strategy — assist the client with developing a long-range, multi-year view of growth options and strategic recommendations
• Strategic Planning — design sustainable processes and tools for running effective strategic, long-range and initiative investment planning
• Enterprise cost reduction and operating model design — help reduce costs across the enterprise and improve structure, governance and metrics
• Value driver-based decision support — identify drivers of enterprise value and translate them into planning, reporting and decision support frameworks
• Develop and drive account-planning, as well as sales and delivery of service offerings
• Manage and control commercial aspects of project delivery, including forecasting, budgeting and resource allocation
