Recruiter (Fresh Graduates and Experienced) role at Tap Growth ai, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Open to fresh graduates and experienced candidates at all levels. Key Responsibilities

An integral role as part of the Singapore desk team for fulfilling the staffing needs of clients based in Singapore. Understand Singapore consultant clients’ business overviews and client requirements for positions. Utilize various channels to source suitable candidates for Consultants’ job orders, including headhunting, database search, job advertisement posting, referrals, and more. Conduct cold and warm calls to candidates for phone screening and match the most suitable candidates to available positions. Coordinate interview schedules and assist in closing positions (e.g., reference checks). Obtain feedback and outcomes from Consultants on presented candidates and keep candidates informed. Manage candidate relationships until they are offered or rejected by the client; share feedback with candidates appropriately. Ensure compliance with the organization’s procedures and policies. What We're Looking For

Possess a bachelor’s degree in any field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. 1–2 years of relevant experience is an advantage. Strong passion for sales and recruitment. Excellent organizing, time management, communication, and people skills. Responsible, takes initiative, and able to commit to work. Availability of an attractive monthly commission scheme.
