Responsibilities
- Manage assigned agent enquiries and network.
- Handle ad hoc sales inquiries and prepare quotations based on customer requirements.
- Identify potential agents and blacklisted agents through filtration.
- Collaborate closely with agents on shipment requirements and obtain feedback.
- Act as an intermediary in rate clarification / disputes and address space issues with carriers.
- Arrange discussions with agents through face-to-face / online meetings, etc.
- Produce competitive quotations to customers within the stipulated time frame.
- Develop business partnerships with network agents.
- Interact with and support business commercial activities.
- Prepare a report for a progress update for agents monthly.
- Attend, arrange and prepare minutes of meeting (MoM) for management.
- Prepare promotional rates and update progress accordingly.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Qualification and Experience
At least a Diploma, preferably a major in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, and / or Supply Chain Management.Must have at least 3 years of working experience in the logistics industry.Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS will be an added advantage.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.Ability in data analysis, careful calculation, and attention to detail.Willingness to learn, quick learner, and accountability.Good analytical, negotiation and customer service skills.Working Days
5.5 Days per week. Monday - Friday on-site, 9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM.
