Job descriptionDiploma or Degree in a relevant field. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in shipping and logistics, preferably within a manufacturing environment. Self-motivated and able to work independently under minimal supervision, with strong ability to meet tight deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Job Responsibilities :
- To ensure all operational activities are in order – Process Sales Order received, make bookings and arrange deliveries, monitor deliveries to ensure on-time arrival.
- Prepare documents for delivery (Delivery Order, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, etc).
- Liaise with Customs, Port Authorities, MITI, forwarding agents, and relevant government agencies.
- Identify and resolve any shipping related issues, including customs delays, document discrepancies and logistical challenges.
- Handle market return finished goods.
- Prepare daily / monthly reports / analysis related to finished goods.
- Support monthly FG stock count.
- Any other tasks assigned by Superior / Management.
