Developing and implementing creative, play-based lesson plans that align with the national preschool curriculum Providing a nurturing and stimulating learning environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and social-emotional growth Effectively managing the classroom and ensuring the safety and well-being of students Conducting ongoing assessments and providing regular feedback to parents on student progress Collaborating with the teaching team to share best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of the preschool programme Participating in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge Participating in team meetings, training sessions, and school events Job Requirements
