WeChat Account Specialist

Responsibilities :

Review user appeals related to WeChat account restrictions (this is a back-office role, no direct user interaction required);

Conduct account verification and make operational decisions based on platform review guidelines;

Collaborate with internal and external teams to propose workflow improvements and ensure efficient and accurate handling of appeals.
