Team Lead - Japanese (Chat Support)
Job Summary :
We're seeking an experienced Team Lead to manage a team of Japanese-speaking content moderators in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage a team of 15-25 members
Understand and implement process SLAs
Review user flagging reports regarding website content
Train and evaluate team members
Ensure team participation in organizational initiatives
Communicate effectively with clients to resolve issues
Manage team performance, provide feedback, and drive continuous improvement
Requirements :
Diploma or Bachelor's degree with at least 1 year of team lead experience in content moderation or customer service
Fluency in Japanese and English
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in rotational shifts
Good Excel skills and reporting knowledge
Willingness to drive continuous improvement in processes
