Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in E-Commerce background with at least 2 years experiences.

Job Descriptions

Project Planning & Execution
Define and manage project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.Develop project plans and ensure milestones are met across departments.Coordinate product launches, promotional campaigns, and platform updates.2.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Act as the main point of contact between internal departments (marketing, sales, logistics, finance) and external partners (eCommerce enablers, developers, couriers).Translate business requirements into actionable tasks for different teams.Host regular check-ins or status meetings to align all stakeholders.3.
Campaign & Promotion Coordination
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute digital campaigns (sales, flash deals, festive launches).Coordinate promotional setup with marketplaces or enabler teams.Track timelines, assets, and deadlines for campaign readiness.4.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Oversee performance and updates of eCommerce platformsBuild dashboard to keep track of P&L / sales / operation performanceMonitor key metrics (conversion rate, traffic, sales performance, ATC delivery times etc)Prepare weekly or monthly reports to summarize project and campaign results.5.
Inventory & Fulfillment Coordination
Align with supply chain / logistics to ensure product availability.Manage campaign stock planning with warehouse teams and fulfillment partners.Troubleshoot fulfillment issues (e.g., late deliveries, wrong items, COD failures).6.
Process Optimization & Documentation
Identify bottlenecks in workflows and propose process improvements.Document SOPs, timelines, and best practices for repeatable project success.
