Job description :
To assist the Assistant Manager in the day-to-day delivery operations of the warehouse
- Responsible for planning and executing transportation operations
- Ensure timely delivery of the right quality and quantity of items to support stakeholder resorts wide and resolve any issues that may arise
- Maintain proper inventory records, ensure all deliveries to outlets have been captured in system
- Examine and ensure accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments
- To ensure the warehouse personnel receive, unload and place incoming / outgoing items appropriately
- Managing assets such as facilities, vehicle and equipment, including planning for repairs and maintenance.
- To provide guidance to subordinate for carrying out daily routine tasks correctly
- To perform other duties as and when required for the department
- To comply, conform and improve on Quality Management System (QMS) & also OSHA requirements.
- Ensure compliance with regulations.
- To motivate & train subordinates / staff
Skills and Specifications Requirements
Good communication skill and writing skillSpeak fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and EnglishExperience in using SAP ERP and SAP Ariba will be added advantageWorking experience in Inventory / Material & Warehouse Management will be an added advantageKnowledge of Microsoft Office Software applicationAble to work under tight deadlines or pressureAble to lead, manage & supervise a team of staff and a team playerWilling to base at Resorts World Genting, PahangEducation and Qualifications
Possess a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration / Economics / Supply Chain / Logistics or any related fieldFresh graduates are encouraged to apply
